Real property tax is collected pursuant to R.A 7160.

Payment for Transfer, Professional, Amusement, Delivery Van, Sand and Gravel, Printing and Publication and Rental Taxes

About the Service:

Under Tax Ordinance No. 4, tax is imposed on Transfer, Professional, Amusement, Delivery Van, Sand and Gravel, Printing and Publication and Use of Capitol facilities.

Requirements:

a) Tax Clearance

b) Tax Declaration

c) Deed of Sale/Deed of Donation/Extra-judicial Settlements

Fees: 

Transfer : ½ of 1% consideration whichever is higher (market value and deed)

Professional :  Php 330.00

Amusement : 10% based on admission tickets

Delivery Van : Php 220 –regular, Php 500 – bottles

Sand and Gravel : Php150.00 –sand, Php 200.00 – admin fee

Printing : ½ of 1% based on ITR Gross Income

Gym Rental : Php 150.00/hour

Benigno Aquino Hall Rental: Php 4,000.00 – 1st 2 hours
