About the Service:

The document is requested in view of change in classification and actual use of Real Property.

Requirements:

a)Written request from owner stating reason/s for re-assessment

b)Current Tax Declaration of property

c)Location plan of property

d)Tax Clearance up to the current year

Fees:

Php 500.00 per Inspection

Php 100.00 for Re-appraisal/re-assessment per Real property

Issuance of Certified True Copies of Tax Declarations and Certificate of No Improvement

About the Service:

The documents are used for payment of capital gains tax, records, court on any legal purpose.

Requirements:

a) Certified true copies of Tax Declaration and Certification of No Improvement from Municipal Assessment Offices concerned in case of payment of capital gains tax.

b) Tax Declaration number of property to be requested if for other purposes aside from capital gains tax.

Issuance of Certification of Property Holdings

About the Service:

The certification is issued to property owners for Estate Tax, DAR purposes requested by farmer beneficiaries and record/verification purposes. 

Requirements:

a) Affidavit stating among others the extent of property holdings

For Estate Tax : Affidavit of extra-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT or self-adjudication.

For DAR purposes : Affidavit of Aggregate Land Holdings

Fees:

Php 50.00 per Real Property Unit

About the Service:

The Property Identification Numbers is used in case of consolidation, subdivision and relocation for tax mapping

Requirements:

b) Approved subdivision plan on consolidation plan
