Zero Waste to Energy Facility Posted on 13 years ago by MIS Governor Lilia G. Pineda and James Mackay of Mackay Green Energy, Inc. lead the ribbon cutting ceremonies for the formal unveiling event of the Zero Waste to Energy Facility site in barangay Sta. Catalina, Lubao. The project is a collaborative undertaking of the provincial government headed by Pineda, Vice-Governor Joseller Guiao and Congresswoman Gloria Macagapagal-Arroyo in partnership with the Pampanga Green Management, Inc. and Mackay Green Energy, Inc.
