VP as Housing Czar

In his recent visit to Pampanga, Vice-President Jejomar Binay announced his plan to put up socialized housing projects in the province in his capacity as housing czar of the administration of President Benigno S. Aquino III. This announcement was met with very positive response by Governor Lilia G.
