Governor Lilia G. Pineda and other local officials bring to the barangay folk various livelihood opportunities to help them improve their lives. These include the giving away of food techno carts, push carts for lucky recipients who are residents of Barangay Sto. Domingo, Lubao. The governor commended Merlin Quiambao, a sampaguita grower who has successfully sent her children to college single handedly by way of this home grown sampaguita business.
