Roque Agton, Jr. sign the memorandum of agreement for the implementation of a project designed to ensure the livelihood and skills development of the Tribung Ayta of Floridablanca. Witnessing the MOA signing are Provincial Board Members Monz Laus and Nestor Tolentino, Legal Officer Atty. Cecil Andin, Administrator Atty.
