TRC Donation

Governor Lilia G. Pineda and Dennis L. Cunanan, Director-General of the Technology Resource Center (TRC) sign the deed of donation for the 505 copies of Gabay and Business Guide information materials and 95 video courses turned over by the TRC to the Pampanga Provincial Library as Boards Members Nestor Tolentino, Dein Henson, Cris Garbo and other employees look on.
