Trained to Handle Child Abuse Cases Posted on 13 years ago by MIS Dr. Jose Antonio Rivera, head consultant for health services of the province of Pampanga, presents to concerned officials, the group of people that were trained to manage cases of child abuse. They come from the various agencies that compose the multi-disciplinary team that will implement the recently launched Child Abuse Protection Intervention Network (CAPIN) such as the Philippine National Police, Departments of Health, Social Welfare and Development, Interior and Local Government. CAPIN draws from a concept of the Consuelo Foundation which the provincial government strongly supports and now will implement provincewide.
