***GUAGUA, PAMP. — The wife and the seven kids of the slain farmer cried for justice for the death of their family head who was found lifeless at a farm in Arayat town.
Mayor Bon Alejandrino identified the victim as William Alarba, 42 years old, married, resident of San Juan Bano, Arayat and farm helper or “baruk” in a farm located in Barangay San Nicolas of same town.

Zeny Alarba, wife of the victim told Governor Pineda that his husband is a family man and good provider but his untimely demise would put the children in quandary and in a hopeless situation.

“Doon lubos naming kayong matutulungan ni governor kung doon kayo titira,”Alejandrino told the victim’s wife.
