It’s nighttime, but Governor Lilia G. Pineda is still at the Provincial Action Center at the Benigno Aquino Memorial Hall of the provincial capitol compound with concerned government officials to ensure that quick decisions and actions are rendered for the rescue and relief operations of typhoon-affected municipalities in Pampanga.
