Pampanga Governor Lilia G. Pineda clarifies a point during a presentation of Provincial Veterinary (PVET) Officer, Dr. Augusto Baluyut, on the PVET’s accomplishments, plans, programs and proposed projects. Provincial Agriculturist Crispin Guintu also briefed the governor and the provincial board members on the implementation of agriculture-related programs and projects in the province.
