Pineda and City of San Fernando Mayor Oscar Rodriguez on the extent of damages wrought by typhoons Pedring and Quiel during his visit to flood-affected areas in the city. The governor has appealed to the president for the national government’s assistance in the dredging of the heavily-silted Pampanga Bay to minimize the perennial flooding problem particularly in the fourth district towns of Pampanga. Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) officials and board members of the provincial government join the president in the said visit.
