City of San Fernando—The Philippine Drugs Enforcement Agency (PDEA) conducted a recruitment screening at the Benigno Aquino Hall, Capitol Compound this city.
This was conducted in partnership with the Provincial Employment Service Office (PESO).
Qualified applicants must be graduate of bachelor’s degree with 2nd level eligibility for Career Service with any of the following: Civil Service Professional, Board Exam Passer or qualified by CSC under special laws.
He or she must be 21-35 years old, for male 5’2 in height and for female 5’ in height.
For those under height, they should submit a photocopy of Height Waiver from NCIP.
Johanna Faith R. Villar, chief administrative officer (PDEA) said the recruitment screening was the first in Pampanga with 500 vacant slots while the agency as a whole needs 1,000 recruits.
Villar said after the screening those who will qualify from Regions 1,2,3 and CAR will take the (Q&NP Exams for DEOBC classes 2018-12 and 2018-13 applicants) at DEP-ED Building Baguio City National High School Main Campus, Gov. Pack Rd., Baguio City, on March 03, 2018 Saturday 6:00 AM—5:00 PM.
She added that the processing of application including the physical examinations will be conducted at the PDEA Academy in Silang Cavite.
The trainees will be trained for six months in the school settings and under field training. Upon entry, qualified applicants will be given plantilla positions of Salary Grade 11 for Intelligence Officer-1
Villar stressed that PDEA Director General Aaron N. Aquino would want the trainees to be well-equipped with know-how especially on field combat after the training.
