Governor Lilia G. Pineda leads in the blessing of the new rural health unit of the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, with Rev. Fr. Aristotle dela Cruz as officiating priest. Behind them is Mayor Joselito F. Naguit of said town who expresses the gratitude of his constituents for they now have better access to basic health services.
