Pineda awards the livelihood loan check to one of the 358 micro-entrepreneur beneficiaries of the Negosyo king Panyulung Program (NPP), a livelihood undertaking of the provincial government implemented by the Provincial Cooperative and Entrepreneurial Development Office (PCEDO). Close to P2 million livelihood loans were issued by the Capitol in ceremonies witnessed by Board Members Tars Halili, Trina Dizon, Fritzie David-Dizon, Nestor Tolentino, Monina Laus and Susan Luna of the Provincial Treasurer’s Office (PTO).
