National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) Posted on 13 years ago by MIS Governor Lilia G. Pineda confers with the members of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) - Humanitarian Country Team (HCT) prior to their conduct of needs assessment in the flooded municipalities of San Luis, San Simon and Masantol. HCT is composed of various international organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), World Food Program (WFP), United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA), International Organization for Migration (IOM), Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA), MERLIN and OCHA. Provincial Administrator Atty. Andres S. Pangilinan, Jr., Engr.Lulu Alincastre of the provincial DRRMC, Elizabeth Baybayan of the provincial social welfare and development office and other concerned department heads join the said meeting held at the governor’s office.
