ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
- The nominee must be a Kapampangan by blood or by birth
- By Blood – At least one of the nominee’s parents is a Kapampangan
- By Birth – The nominee is born in any of the towns or cities of Pampanga
- The nominee must have personal accomplishment and/ or body of work/s that have contributed to the betterment of Kapampangan people or race.
- The nominee must have an overwhelming or outstanding achievement/s in chosen field thus enhancing the honor and reputation of the Kapampangan race
HOW TO SUBMIT NOMINATIONS FOR MOKA 2012
- Get a copy of nomination forms from the Office of the Provincial Administrator or at the Arts, Culture and Tourism Office of Pampanga (ACTOP) at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando or you may visit the Provincial Capitol website at www.pampangacapitol.com and download the nomination form and flyer.
- Fill up the nomination form following the mechanics provided therein and submit the same to the ACTOP, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando.
