Governor Lilia G. Pineda emphasizes to the barangay and municipal health workers of Pampanga the need to properly identify and screen the target beneficiaries of PhilHealth insurance cards in their respective municipalities to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of public health programs and services. Also with the governor are Provincial Board Members Monina Laus and Trina Dizon during the meeting at the Benigno Aquino Jr. Memorial Hall at the capitol compound.
