Meeting of Pampanga Language Council

Officers and members of the Provincial Language Council (PLC) update Pampanga Governor Lilia G. Pineda on the preparations and line-up of activities for the three-day annual celebration of Aldo ning Amanung Sisuan from August 26 to 28. Led by its chairperson, Erlinda Cruz (foreground), the PLC plans to hold a lecture-seminar on mother tongue-based multilingual education for public and private school teachers, Polosa competition among elementary school pupils, book launching and coronation of new poets laureate in the province during the said event.
