Pampanga Governor Lilia G. Pineda leads the bamboo planting ceremony at the Lubao bamboo negosyo village project in barangay Sta. Catalina of the said town. Witnessing the planting activity are Vice-Governor Joseller Guiao, Provincial Board Members Trina Dizon, Ric Yabut and Nestor Tolentino, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Regional Director Blesila Lantayona and Provincial Director Leonila Baluyut and other officials of partner-agencies.
