Livelihood Assistance Program Posted on 13 years ago by MIS The provincial government through the Provincial Veterinary Office holds a pig dispersal activity in barangay Cabetican, Bacolor where 49 members of the Cabetican Native Pig Association received pigs as part of the livelihood assistance program for people in the province. Governor Lilia G.
