Land Titles for Mabalacat Residents

Vice-President Jejomar Binay recently visited Mabalacat town to distribute land titles to selected residents of Sapang Biabas. Photo shows the VP being assisted by Governor Lilia G. Pineda and Mayor Marino “Boking” Morales in handing out the said titles to barangay captains representing beneficiaries in their areas.
