Governor Lilia G. Pineda inspects construction work being done on the Mabalacat District Hospital with Board Members Monina Laus and Cris Garbo and Dr. Benjamin Arboleda, chief of hospital. She ordered the fast tracking of work so that the hospital could soon function fully and provide the health services needed by the town and its surrounding communities.
