Governor Lilia Pineda inspected the newly opened San Joaquin Elementary School in Mabalacat City which is a project of the Provincial Government. She was accompanied by 1^st District board members Cris Garbo and Cherry Manalo, Mabalacat City Mayor Marino “Boking” Morales, Vice Mayor Christian Halili, Engr.
