HOUSING. Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda together with Lubao Mayor Esmeralda Pineda, National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Joeben Tai, and NHA Region 3 OIC Minerva Calantuan lead the ceremonial awarding of housing units to Lubaeños affected by the relocation of families in Lubao town living near the waterways to restore the Manila Bay. In addition to the housing units given by NHA, the provincial government also provides each beneficiary with one-time financial assistance worth P 5,000 to help the families with their monthly amortization.
