CITY OF SAN FERNANDO—Governor Lilia Nanay Pineda recently urged all Kapampangan voters to have their biometrics captured before their local Comelec Office.
The governor disclosed that the Comelec has been complaining about the absence of biometrics data of at least 100,000 registered voters throughout the province.
“Being a Filipino citizen and a human being we should know our duties and responsibilities. We should follow the government’s regulations”, the governor said.
Governor Pineda also requested all barangay chiefs, to collect their constituents using their barangay patrol (service) going to the local Comelec Office and have their biometrics done to prevent chaos on or during the election period.
