Gov Donates Blood Posted on 13 years ago by MIS Governor Lilia G. Pineda donates blood in a recent blood letting activity done at the provincial capitol. She recognizes the importance of having adequate blood supply at the Red Cross branches and in hospitals especially because of the high incidence of dengue cases in Pampanga. She, Board Member Cris Garbo, along with other provincial officials and employees, and personnel of the Philippine National Police (PNP), donate precious blood which would help save the lives of those afflicted with dengue and other diseases that require blood transfusion.
