The governor also said that according to some source the groundwater level in Pampanga has gone down to a much lower degree and before it reaches its nadir there must be means to adapt surface water- water that flows in streams and rivers and in natural lakes, in wetlands, and in reservoirs constructed by humans.
The PAWD meanwhile found a new partnership with the provincial government through the leadership of Governor Lilia Nanay Pineda in assuring the public of clean and safe water.
