As a way of starting the new year right, Governor Lilia G. Pineda and other provincial officials and employees engage in a dialogue to enhance their work as a team and to further improve the quality of services they give to all Kapampangans. The governor expressed her desire to leave a legacy of good and honest governance with the help of the employees whose performance last year she commended.
