Lulu Alingcastre tells barangay officials of 35 villages in Apalit, Candaba, San Luis, San Simon and Masantol to value the programs and services provided by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in line with its emergency humanitarian relief assistance to typhoon and flood-affected populations project in Pampanga.
