Educational Financial Assistance Posted on 13 years ago by MIS Governor Lilia G. Pineda awards the P10,000.00 educational financial assistance to each of the initial 227 college scholars of the provincial government, all valedictorians, salutatorians and first honorable mention graduates of public secondary schools in 2011. The next batch of scholars – second and honorable mention and Alternative Learning System (ALS) graduates will soon be receiving their P5,000 per semester educational assistance. Joining the governor in the awarding ceremonies are Provincial Board Members Monina Laus, Ric Yabut, Nestor Tolentino and Trina Dizon.
