Pampanga Governor Lilia Nanay Pineda led the distribution of the first 162 out of 400 newly purchased barangay patrols to barangay captains headed by Boad Member and ABC president Gerome Tubig. With her are Vice-governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda and Board Members Crisostomo Garbo, Cherry Manalo, Anthony Joseph Torres, Arthur Salalila, Salvador Dimson Jr., Ferdinand Labung, Rosve Henson, Teddy Tumang, Ricardo Yabut, Nestor Tolentino and Michael Tapang.-JUN JASO
