Governor Lilia G. Pineda discusses important points regarding the concerns of officials and residents of Magalang town, foremost of which is the construction of classrooms, farm-to-market roads and the ongoing construction of the Balitucan District Hospital. The delineation of responsibilities was made clear, thus, with the governor giving a P30M fund for the construction of the district hospital; Congressman Carmelo Lazatin shall take charge of the construction of additional classrooms while Mayor Romulo Pecson and the municipal government shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of same.
