Almost 50 meters of the portion of the Minalin tail dike at the back of Minalin Poultry Cooperative (MIPOLCO) totally collapses paving the way for the rampaging floodwater with lahar sediments to run through towards the hundreds of hectares of fish pen and backyards of residents in barangay Sta.
