Pineda, presents Capiz Lantern to the delegates of Davao del Norte led by Engr. Jessie Jean Rabano, provincial planning and development officer. The group has visited Pampanga for their benchmarking activity on the province’s income generation, particularly in tax mapping and quarry collection.
