Pineda and Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer (PSWDO) Elizabeth Baybayan inspect the newly-completed 57 concrete dwellings for the landslide victims of typhoon Ondoy in barangay San Juan Bano, Arayat. The national government is funding the construction of 120 housing units while the governor in behalf of the provincial government has committed to shoulder the labor cost.
