Governor Lilia G. Pineda warmly welcomes the members of the City of San Fernando Choir Group who won the cultural presentation grand championship award in the recent Philippine Civil Service 111th anniversary regional competition. Joining the governor and the choir members as they pose for a souvenir photo at the provincial capitol executive house is Provincial Board Member Monina Laus. The winning choir group treated the provincial capitol officials and employees with their rendition of Capampangan folk songs as culminating activity for the civil service anniversary celebration.
