APALIT, Pampanga – Some 3,122 residents from Barangays Balucuc and San Vicente of this town received packs of goods from the provincial government on Tuesday, December 17.
Beneficiaries from the aforementioned barangays received food items, such as hotdogs and chickens, as a treat this season of giving.
According to Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, he is moved by the unwavering support that he is receiving, that is why he wanted to personally express his gratitude to the town’s people.
“Minta ku pu keni para personal ku pung magpasalamat king saup yu kekami. Dacal pung dacal a salamat. Utang a lub mi pu nung bakit atsu kami kening pusisyun ayni. Dacal pung salamat kekayu,” he said.
Mayor Oscar “Jun” Tetangco, Jr. meanwhile, thanked the governor for his generosity and for always prioritizing the welfare of his people.
“Pengaku na kanita pasyalan na kayu, tituanan na pu. Basta sinabi nang gov, tutuanan na siguradu. Pisyalan na kayu, at pagdala na kayu pang pamasku,” Mayor Tetangco, Jr. told the people.
Also present during the distribution were Board Members Renato “Gabby” Mutuc, Pol Balingit, Nelson Calara, Vice Mayor Peter Nucom, Councilor Tuks Simon, and some barangay officials.
