City of San Fernando- The Pampanga government joined the nation together with the local government units, government agencies, academic institutions, private sectors, state universities and colleges in celebrating the 27th National Statistic Month (NSM) this October.
Dubbed as “Sustainable Development: Making Statistic Count”, the celebration aims to advocate and impart nationwide awareness on the significance of statistic to the different sectors of the society.
Also, the event seeks full support to the community in promoting the quality and standards of statistics in the country.
Various agencies across the regions will participate in the month-long celebration through conduct of NSM activities which includes conferences, workshops, orientations, seminars, exhibit, publication of statistical reports and other pertinent information with emphasis of this year’s theme.
The celebration is in compliance with the Presidential Proclamation No. 647 declaring the month of October of every year as the National Statistic Month.
