City of San Fernando ~ The Pampanga Government in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE III) gave a total of P4.3 million cash incentive yesterday to 1,221 Tulong Pangkabuhayan Para sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD) beneficiaries held at Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center.
Acting Vice – Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda together with Provincial Employment and Services Office (PESO) Head Luningning Vergara and Provincial DOLE Arlene Tolentino personally handed the cash incentives for the beneficiaries.
TUPAD beneficiaries are from the towns of Bacolor, San Simon, Lubao and City of San Fernando.
This is the third batch of salary distribution for the TUPAD program that provided 1,221 displaced workers, underemployed and poor cabalens of emergency employment for a minimum period of 10 days.
The tupad beneficiaries received P3,4570 each.
Amounting to P4,358,970 was distributed by the provincial government.
Third District Board Members Rosve V. Henson, Atty. Ananias “Jun” Canlas Jr. and Public Employment Officer Donny Sayre also assisted in the salary distribution.
