CITY OF SAN FERNANDO–The Philippine State College of Aeronautics (PhilSCA) is set for the initial blessing of the P20-M building project donated by the Provincial Government on January 26.
This was disclosed by their campus director Ms. Maura Ceina Ramorosa yesterday as the administrators of PhilSCA personally invited Governor Lilia Pineda to be the guest of honor on the initial blessing of the building.
The P20-M project under the supervision of the Provincial Engineer’s Office is located at a resettlement area in Barangay Palmayo, Floridablanca.
The budget for the said construction project was approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan where P10 million is allotted for the first phase of the project and the additional P10 million for its second phase.
According to Ramorosa, since the building is already used for different school functions and community activities, the college president Dr. Bernard Ramirez wanted it to be blessed and then be inaugurated once the project is finished.
The Provincial Government also allotted P2.8 million for the renovation of PhilSCA’s multipurpose gym, she added.
Governor Pineda called for the construction project be completed and inaugurated on March 27 in time for the graduation rites of state college.
