Governor Lilia G. Pineda receives callers from various groups such as the judges from the Regional Trial Court (RTC) led by Executive Judge Serafin B. David; the officers of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), Pampanga Chapter; and the staff of the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA). The lady governor instructed the latter to make sure that their budget is justified by their efforts and to ensure increased productivity among farmers and fisherfolk to avoid importation of basic produce.
