Budget Meeting in Subic Posted on 14 years ago by MIS Department heads of the provincial government presented to Governor Lilia G. Pineda their budget proposals in a hearing held at the Subic Yacht Club. There was a lively exchange of views during the discussion wherein the governor committed to support all worthy programs and projects. She also emphasized the importance of coming up with trainings and livelihood programs that would fill the actual needs of the market to ensure that the people who get trained will become productive members of the community.
