Residents of Sapang Cauayan in Masantol are recipients of various services that the provincial government brings to them. In wanting to provide assistance to people in the barangays, Governor Lilia G. Pineda gives out relief goods to residents, along with the essential services of such agencies as the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Commission on Population (POPCOM), and provincial departments.
