In order to enhance their best practices on agriculture, Gov. Lilia G. Pineda and Candaba Mayor Jerry Pelayo sign a Memorandum of Agreement with three local chief executive of Nueva Viscaya province namely Mayors Clarita B. Egmin, Romeo P. Magaway, Sr. and Alberto D. Bumolo, Jr., for the exchange of technology among their respective constituencies.
