Governor Lilia G. Pineda and Lubao Mayor Mylin Pineda-Cayabyab lead a medical mission conducted recently at the Lubao Gymnasium. They instructed Municipal Health Workers to closely monitor the treatment of tuberculosis patients in the area. Earlier, the governor, mayor and Dr. Reynaldo Alipio, Municipal Health Officer, along with doctors from the St. Luke’s Medical Center attended to patients afflicted with TB and other ailments during the medical mission where they emphasized the importance of continuous medication in the treatment of the disease.
