Pineda informs the big crowd which attended the launch of the Child Abuse Protection Intervention Network (CAPIN) of the provincial government’s efforts to ensure that children in the province are protected from abuses. She enjoins all sectors, particularly barangay officials, to closely monitor potential abuses committed on children, because they are the ones in the frontline and are in position to prevent it from happening.
