Governor Lilia G. Pineda emphasizes the importance of having functional rural health units in every town since “they are the people’s first line of defense against sickness”. She stresses this to the crowd and other guests present in the inauguration of the Sto. Tomas RHU, glad that the residents there have a health institution to go to for their immediate needs.
