City of San Fernando – A total of 487 Aeta scholars were given P1, 217,500 educational financial assistance by the provincial government the other day.
Held at Bren Z. Guiao, Sports Complex, the Aeta scholars received P2, 500, one bundle of hotdog and four packs of noodles each.
Sixty-seven Aetas scholars were enrolled at Mabalacat Technical High School who were given P167, 500; followed by Planas High School with 61 Aeta scholars -P152, 500, Villa Maria Integrated High School with 157- P392, 500, FNAS High School with 98 – P245, 000, Camias High School with 103 – P257, 500 and San Jose High School with one scholar – P2, 500.
The distribution was led by Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer (PSWDO) Elizabeth Bay Bayan, PDRRMO Officer Angie Blanco and Board Member Anthony Joseph “Tinton” Torres.
