3-day Trade fair kicks off at Capitol

Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda leads the cutting of ribbon together with Board Members Anthony Joseph Torres, Olga Frances David-Dizon, Ananias Canlas and DILG-Pampanga provincial director Myrvi Fabia

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – In line with the 445th Aldo ning Kapampangan celebration, the Provincial Government together with the different municipalities and cities and the Department of Agriculture spearheaded a 3-day trade fair showcasing various products and delicacies from different towns and cities of the province plus the food festival showcasing the different Kapampangan culinary and delicacies.

Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda on Monday morning led the ribbon cutting ceremony accompanied by the provincial board and mayors to officially open the trade fair.
Visitors can enjoy delicacies like chicharon from Guagua, duman from Sta. Rita, fried pugo and itik from Candaba, and many more.
Second District Board Member Anthony Joseph S. Torres, Chairman on Committee on Trade, Industry and Commerce is happy with the turnout of the trade fair.

Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda together with Provincial Administrator Atty. Andres Pangilinan Jr. tries some of the food offered at the trade fair which will last for three days.
“I hope this will bring promotion to the Kapampangan products more with the help of the trade fair. It will also help those in the micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses,” he said.
